All About Me
Holistic Health Coach
For most of my life, I have been a stereotypical over-achiever. For the most part it served me well, getting a high GPA in biomedical engineering from UVA & a highly sought after job with Deloitte Consulting, but ultimately took a toll on my health. After a year and a half at Deloitte, I was having trouble sleeping, lost a ton of weight, experienced chronic anxiety, and was overall just very unhappy and stressed. After moving to Denver from D.C., I decided to get my hormones tested and found out that my body had essentially been living in fight or flight mode for years and couldn't self-regulate. My estrogen was very low and my cortisol (stress hormone) was extremely high; I was in a state of adrenal fatigue. I decided enough was enough and in addition to taking hormone supplements, I quit my job with Deloitte to pursue a more balanced lifestyle. For me that meant taking a work-from-home job with Cigna and prioritizing work/life balance by making adequate time for exercise, home cooking, stress management, and spending time with family. 10 years later I am still working to reduce anxiety in my life, but I have found peace in the balance I have created between being a mom, wife, outdoor enthusiast, and holistic health specialist.

I currently live in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, with my husband and two young girls, where I enjoy skiing, mountain biking, hiking, tubing down the river, paddle boarding and anything outdoors. I obtained my health coach certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I specialize in stress & anxiety management by using various different modalities in our one-on-one sessions.
I am here to help you find calm in the chaos and start enjoying your life.
